Document Handling
The paperless office was a dream of the mid 1990s when computers
were just coming on to the scene in a big way but it turned
out to be a white elephant. Indeed some people even think there
is more paper now than ever before - just look at all the manuals
there are for your computer and related software!
However, all is not lost. It is possible, with some careful
planning and foresight, to dramatically reduce the amount of
paper used in the office, and to keep more and more information
electronically.
We offer a scanning service to convert all your important paper
documents and photographs in to electronic files. The overriding
benefit of this is that the document itself is no longer so
"precious". You can create multiple copies so that
even if the original is lost, the information contained within
is saved.
We also convert archive material, such as historical manuscripts,
in to electronic form so they can be shared via e-mail, disc
or even over the Internet with researchers around the world.
Please contact us with your requirements. |

You Know?
Encyclopaedia
Britannica, all 32 volumes of it, costs over $1,000 to produce
(not to mention the lives of several trees). Electronically,
the same information is available on a single disc saving money,
and trees, in the process.
